Can not contact

I ordered some items a week or two ago and have had no confirmation email but they have taken the money from my account. I can not get hold of shein at all and I am furious and frustrated. The items were for a gift and now I have no items and lost my money. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN.
