Can not connect with manager

I have called several times to contact a manager and no one will allow me to talk to someone. I can not reach corporate office, and no one calls me back. I am at the point of dropping suddenlink and turning you in for fraud as I have mailed out my bill and payment, and your company will not take care of this situation.
