Can get royal farms loyalty straightend out

called royal farms zip line service could not straighten out my issue. lost my royal farms loyalty card months ago. had been given a new card to activate months ago. card was never activated. called back today and they activated the card I lost instead of the new card because they said it was under a Gmail account that I never used. to make a long story short I will never shop at Royal Farms ever again. they need to get their act together, I also wasted 2 hours on the phone for nothing. Very unsatisfied Royal Farms ex customer.. User's recommendation: don't call customer service they are no help.
