To whom it may concern, My name is nomi from New England Dental LLC Account # 3923158 Technician#205990, Marvin Whistnant job id # [protected] came in our office omn 06/09/2021 and advise, we need new camera and will put work order and will come and change it. He also give Phone number of Supervisor Adrianna [protected] on my request because it was too hard to get technician in our office since two time your technician NO SHOW on us and no one have courteously to call back. I called three times to Adrianna and left her voice mail in four days time. On 06/15/2021 she called me and said she will inquire about camera and will call me back tomorrow which was 06/16/2021. I called her since then so many time and left her voice mail and she does not reply to me. Its so frustrating and worst experience to deal with ADT team as no one take responsibility to address our issue.
