Cameo 4 technical problem?

My cameo 4 is not registering and is not cutting properly and I have to get stickers cut for work. And well its wasting my materials. Sometimes it cuts perfect and sometimes it cuts all wonky and screws half or all the stickers up. Could you help me ASAP please?
