Good morning, I purchased a bottle of the very lovely calvin klein euphoria for my daughter at christmas 2016. (100ml, the original fragrance) My daughter finally got round to opening it this week and to her dismay discovered that the spray component on the bottle is faulty and therefore she is unable to spray the perfume. this is a full, brand new bottle. I bought the item originally from the perfume shop - as I no longer have the receipt they advised they were unable to offer me a replacement bottle and suggested that I contacted you. I do hope that you will be able to help by offering me a replacement. I do love your perfume as does my daughter and hope to continue purchasing it for as long as you make it..
