Called to ask to have 2 separate packages delivered on same day to save time and help the environment (Twice) and was told no problem at all both times and both times they messed it up and delivered everything separately. Amazon was absolutely mortified and said Intelcom wouldnt deliver to me anymore but we know thats a lie! User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs!
