Calling in- supervisors NOT helping or calling back

Lets start with when it first started on June 6th when I logged in and noticed I had a negative balance of 621.xx I was very shocked and I DID NOT receive any kind of notice about said negative balance. I called spoke with a Sup. John who help and got my balance down to 382.xx and said that was taking care of EVERYTHING Zipcash and NTTA negative balance from Nov 2020 to current. He asked if my account reflected the 382.xx that I needed to pay and it did. I paid that amount the very next day. Also that Sup. John said he would keep a look out on my account as I had issues with yall taking too much money out a week for the re-charge. which after all this he has NOT. When I checked in on my account after paying 382.xx there was still a negative balance of 139 which should have NOT been there. I have not spoken to 6 different supervisors who have done nothing but tell me I will get calls back and have gotten NONE. I have had to go out of my way and figure out what is going on with my account. The reason this is such a big deal is because the second sup. I talked to a Ratisha** after putting me on hold came back and said that the negative 139 would be taken care of and that i do not need to worry about it that it will take up to 72 hours to hit my account. I waited the 72 hours and NOTHING happened. I have since called and re-explained my story to all your other supervisors who by the way DO NOT make notes in the file AT ALL because one of the sups. read the notes that are in my file back to me. after speaking with 2 more supervisors I spoke with a Sup. Rosina ext# 7181 who said she would call me back after listening to supervisor calls on 6/25 she NEVER Called me and when I called to be transferred to her I was informed there was no one there to pick up the line. Spoke to a sup. today 6/28 who was NOT helpful at all and just told me that he would put me down to have call back within the next two days. I will be waiting for that call but do not expected much of anything happening. My issues is with the negative 139 I have told every single supervisor I have spoken with I will pay everything after that 139 that needs to be paid but the 139 NEVER should have still been there after my very first call with Sup. John on the 6th. At this point I am being run in circles and trying to be scammed out of my money. I not longer feel I can ever go in and make payments that will actually and correctly reflect what is due. I had a supervisor think i made the amount that i paid up when I informed her that John made my account reflect that she then said she would be able to help me. I have given my call back here it is also listed [protected] and my email [protected]@gmail.com maybe after making this complaint someone in your company will actually help in what they said they would do in the first place. I do have plans to actually go to NTTA this Saturday and get this handled if it is not done so before then. This is beyond frustrating and I have been more than nice in this whole thing.
