Called about assistance with a product—how to operate?
Called and talked to a Glady's yesterday for about twenty minutes, did not know how to assist us but kept giving us inaccurate info and was not helpful or polite. Today, I called back and fortunately got a Sharon who knew the product and was able to assist us in a very professional and patient manner, she is to be highly commended, understands her products.
