Call to customer service to cancel order
I placed an order 5/5. As of 5/18 item still had not shipped, so I wanted to cancel. I have at this point been on hold for a representative for 42 minutes. I think there is no such thing as customer service. They are assuming youll get tired of holding and hang up. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from them directly because they have no idea what they are doing.
