I had a problem with the HM grahams in 2018, the cinnamon was so strong it felt like a burn in my mouth. I spoke with two people that asked me many q's and months later the cinnamon was normal. My question this time is why does the box say 14.4 oz. when it weighs 14 oz. Also, why do they wrap them in a plastic 'paper'. AND finally, now we only get 9 crackers! Are these problems considered FRAUD?
