Ac problem - placed order for check out. Took couple days for check out. Another couple days went by for ok through AMS. Then another couple days for parts to come in. Finally work was done ac working!! Work will get done just dont be in a hurry. If your ac goes out go buy a window unit for the 2 weeks youll be without ac. If you have a problem and send an email it will be answered (never in my case) in the same manor. Dont worry they take their payment out right on time every month - dont be late on your part. Just my observation User's recommendation: They fix - not replace major items.
