Call out service fee

I am a pensioner who rang to complain about the call-out service fee of $145 which I believe is exorbitant and unreasonable; and that no discount fee was available. When I rang Sylvia Jersek, Consumer Care Contact Centre Representative, Sydney, to register this she was abrupt and rude - dismissive, off-hand and un-accommodating. She could barely register my complaint, she didn't have anything to say and was clearly waiting for me to end the call. She couldn't have cared less! I asked for my complaint to be registered. She made no response. Why do you require a minimum of 100 words to register this? And why when I've written a minimum of 100 words, can I not proceed with this complaint. Michael FitzGerald
