Call for service provider their data base is not accurate

Original review posted by user Feb 24, 2020 Purchased dental insurance almost a year ago, followed all directives from the website to choose a service provider and Humana will will not pay for simple dental xray's. I had to pay for services rendered by a plan provider in-network $231.00. I spent 5 hours today, being shipped around the phone system without real solution. I was told that i needed to call in and let them find me a provider. It does not state that remark any where on my account page.How is the general public supposed to know this if it is not disclosed publicly. My plan states two sets of xray's free of charge. I followed the insructions in picking an in-network provider, but cannot control their website for inaccurate information.
