Call Customer Service to ask Suzy to follow up on some warranty parts that were to be shipped. She is following up on my request on Monday. Suzy is always so helpful and professional!!

I only have one complaint at this time, unless my warranty items are not shipped in a timely fashion!! I had a problem with my inverter beeping, and it took three days at the service center before ZAC, our technician, could get it to malfunction. A new inverter was installed. One day after we left, the new inverter stared beeping again. Don't know what to do now. If the factory cant fix it, I am skeptical if an RV dealer can figure out what is happening!!! User's recommendation: The REV Service Center is the most professional service center you will ever find. If possible bring your coach there for service. You will not be disappointed!
