I have been receiving calls from Foschini call centers daily regarding an account which does not belong to me. I have stated that i am not the account holder and do not know the person, i requested that my details be removed off the system and the agents said they will do that. This was not done as i am still being called multiple times throughout the day, i then spoke to a different agent who stated that i need to tell the account holder to change the contact details.. How do i do that if i do not know the account holder? Just how???? Foschini get your shhhh together.
