Call about billing of an item and the fact i font feel i have to pay as much as they say the item received is broken would like to reutnr it

cowardly lion paid for 2 singing lions 1 doesn't work have paid and would like an itemized bill cause 'im billed paying almost full price again for the second one which i feel i don't owe that much User's recommendation: sont bother calling them they never answer the phone i have called numerous times customer service is not good it really stinks.
