Well, I had them over twice. The first guy was amiable and knowledgeable. He however did leave amess. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. NEVER leave a mess for the customer to clean up. It does not take a rocket scientist to know that. The Second guy a few months later for a similar problem was a complete *** He acted like he was being put out at just having to be there at all. He did NOT want too work and tried to tell me hat the drain did NOT need to be snaked out without even inspecting it! I personally have over two years plumbing experience so he wasnt fooling me. I told him it DID need snaked out and he reluctantly agreed, he did a super fast terrible job and walked away mad. I think he spent a total of 10 minutes here and on the job. He was so disrespectful I decided to complain which I would normally not do. I would NEVER in a million years recommend Roto Rooter in my town. Russellville, Ar.
