Thanks to a post from another unsatisfied consumer. I called this number which is Spring River and was issued a full refund. They are some sort of affiliate. I didn't have to wait very long for a customer service person to assist me, hear my complaint and offer the full refund with no argument. Gardener's Choice is scamming people. They charged me $17.80 in shipping charges to ship tomotoe seeds which additionally arrived way too late in the season to produce any tomatoes this year. I then found another charge added to my account this morning for animal repellant which I ordered but have not received yet. So don't waste your time trying to contact Gardener's Choice. Simply call Spring River and avoid the stress !
