This is Raenika McClanahan claim number 200900****-01 claim date 09/15/2020 When the Technician Im not sure of his name and older black gentleman was leaning down by the phone jack he placed his hands on my television and put all his weight on it and broke it. I reached out to the person on the letter (enclosed) but now the number no longer works and the person does not answer my numerous emails. User's recommendation: Do not know yet.
