calculate wrong price, no reimbursement at all

I brought 3 bags in desert hills outlets and one of the bags has "additional 50% off". The cashier didn't count the 50% off and when we came back to the store, she just return the money but didn't apologize at all. This is a mistake made by her but she even didn't feel sorry. I can't believe this could happen in Tory burch. If we didn't check the receipt during lunch then we will pay for her mistake! I think it has already affected trust issue: no one take responsibility to the mistake but your customers right? No apologize, no reimburse to mistake, is that your company's ?
