I received an award letter in August of 2011, stating I had been awarded a grant for school. My complaint is that I have yet to see this money go into my account after several contacts with my financial adviser, she still has not been able to give me any information as to when my money will come through. She keeps on saying next week, and then next week comes and goes and still no money. I have seen friends get their money and I am still waiting to see any change in my account. Who can I speak to in regards to this, if anyone knows please contact me.
