Cake review

I just ordered a Tweety birthday Cake at Price Chopper for a 4 year old girl , but the cake I received was so much simple , n little Tweety picture was pasted on that , with very very simple frosting ,n it was of $28 including tax , the taste was good but the presentation was so simple n dissapointed me . Not at all happy .
