I have a Cadillac srx 2010 my engine loses power while driving the vehicle kicks down to 10 miles per hour while going 60 this has been a huge hazard I almost got hit from behind Cadillac charged me 1500 and after a week here I am again in the same situation money down the drain I asked the dealer for help and I got the run around transferred to so many departments and still no help but every month I pay 422 and I am faithful to my car payment but the dealer is not faithful to my situation this is very unacceptable I was thinking that clay Cooley associates would treat me like gold knowing that I am a loyal customer never will I waste another hard earned dollar with Cooley..I'm frustrated and it's sad that I have only had this car for a year...
