Cabot delayed delivery without notification

Placed online order 3/7/12 with shopcabot.com for blocks of cheese. Order confirmation stated order would be shipped 3/9/12. No communication or delivery by 3/12/12 so I phoned; rep said order had not been shipped because of high order volume but she didn't know why I hadn't been notified of delay. If a company is not prepared to fulfill lots of order when they have a sale then they shouldn't have a sale. DUH! That's the idea of a sale; to increase orders. This was my 1st order with Cabot Cheese and it was my LAST order. I will not even buy their products in the supermarket anymore. Merchants who have lousy, or non-existent, customer service don't deserve anyone's business.
