Cable service stopped, spent hours with customer service rep. Was without service for 6 weeks and no response from Shaw.

It is difficult to contact shaw other than by phone or chat. I don't use Facebook or Twitter. I had gone looking for the Cable Dept. and an email address took me to you. Thanks to you the problem was solved in two days. Customer service rep. that my grandson talked to on Chat was good.
