C-flOp

I ordered a C-Flap online where they DID NOT give the option of which batter flap I wanted so I figured they were selling the one shown. They sent me the wrong one. I called and spoke to someone from customer service, I was on the line FOR AN HOUR, nothing got resolved and they hung up without saying anything. HORRIBLE customer service. Never encountered anything like that.
