I went to Byron tire for an alignment and found the staff to be rude. I waited about an hour and a half for the work to be done and when it was returned to me I was told they couldn't do an alignment because it needed cam bolts which would cost over $90.00, which would need to be ordered. So I looked around and found the bolts for less than $15.00. I had taken it to them once before they aligned it after telling me it needed to be aligned, this time they wouldn't. I had it taken to another alignment shop after the previous visit to byron tire and they said nothing had been changed and that the cam bolts were fine. I needed an alignment done after hitting a pothole in Macon, so I brought it to byron tire because I don't have time during the week and they were the only shop that had time to do it on the weekend. I was also told to mark the front end to be sure the work had been performed so I did and this time they didn't charge me. If you need front end work don't take it to them, they are rude and dishonest. But if you do, be sure to mark the front end to ensure work had actually been done and do research on the cost of parts or they will take advantage of you.
