BYO Phone Configuration has BUGS

Brought a Samsung Galaxy S10 to Total Wireless from Verizon. Configuration of the phone when adding the Total Wireless Sim removes the ability for Voice and Data at the same time. Feature will work on the Total Wireless Network (On a Samsung 7), its only that the Total Wireless BYO phone configuration for the S10 is improperly configured to use it. 30 hours of support time to figure this out, Nobody in support knows how to resolve. PLEASE HELP User's recommendation: IF the phone does not work as you first expect, RUN.
