BX Depot in Lake Worth West Palm is operating as a bar without a license to. They are in violation and this is unfair to companies who have paid to operate bars and have a license to do so. While they claim to be a store which sells to people who make their own beer, they actually have folks inside drinking regularly despite the fact that they do not have a license to do so. I don't think they should be allowed to be in business. This is unfair competition to those of us who pay for our business license to operate as we do.
