Horrible customer service... upon walking in I tried to make small talk and ask questions yet they gave me an attitude with each response, so I walked out. They obviously didn't want my business and in an economy like this its surprising to see there is such a lack of customer service. Look online and you'll find companies willing to go above and beyond to assist you and the prices are better too. If you're concerned about taking a class, don't. It's not that hard and is part of the adventure of homebrewing.
