About 9/19/2012 I sent a request for information for an advertisement to a Lisa Gardner ([email protected]) who then emailed me on 9/22/2012. Their response was that they still had machine for sale and were forced to sell it because they had moved to Italy, husband is in the Military. According to her email they have arrangements with a specialized company Buy-Sell to handle the sale, shipping and payment etc. Email stated shipping is free and insured and there is a 10 day return period. She gave me an item number and told me to visit Buy-Sell's website to start transaction by filling in the order form and Item Number 2555214 and Buy-sell would contact me about delivery and payment arrangements. On 9/23/2012 I contacted Buy-Sell and submitted the order request. I received an email from a Diane Vroenen that they were processing the order later that day. I also received notice on 9/24/2012 that they had received order and it was being processed. I also sent Lisa a notice that it was in process. On 9/25/2012 I received email from Buy-Sell with the invoice for the Machine. Email stated I need to respond and agree within three days to avoid canceling of order. Invoice state I need to send a payment of $1,300. by Western Union Service to their agent, Ionut Lupascu in Italy and submit proof of payment. I did this on 9/26/2012 and then submitted proof of payment, I got a payment has been submitted back from Buy-Sell stating that once payment was validated then shipping preparation would begin. On 9/27/2012 i verified with Western Union that money had been picked up by Ionut Lupascu in Italy. On 9/28/2012 I contacted buy sell and requested shipping info. I also contacted Lisa Gardner on 9/28/2012 and informed her of payment and on 9/30/2012 Lisa sent back a response that Buy-Sell had also contacted her and put her up to speed with the transaction everything was in order machine was on it's way and should arrive on Monday to let her know when I receive it. I have since sent several emails to Buy-Sell thru its contact us page and to Diane Vroenen at c***************@buysell.shop.ms and also to Lisa Gardner and I have not had any responses from anyone. My last email was on 10/18/2012 to them. Don't trust Them!!
