On October 28, 2020 I booked a fly from Cuba to Miami that was supposed to take place on November 3, 2020. I was charged $158.95 that I paid with my debit card ending 6848. The fly was canceled and I asked for the money to be refunded. It has been over two months of my refund request and still I have not received it. I have been waiting for that money to be refunded with no successful outcome. I will allow a few more days to see it hiring my account. However, it it does not happen, I will contact my bank and will claim it as a fraudulent an non authorized transaction.
