Buyers Beware! DO NOT BE FOOLED by the glitzy showroom and pretty ads. We are really disappointed with Sub-zero Wolf product and after sales support. Subzero Wolf claimed they have the best stainless steel surface in the industry. In fact its just the opposite, it is the worst in the industry, can even withstand simple house hold and kitchen cleaner. Their stainless steel surface tarnishes easily with house hold cleaner, it is no wonder Subzero Wolf would only provide a 6 month warranty on their stainless steel product, most likely their engineer knew their stainless steel surface is sub par, so they inform the warrant department to make it as short as possible. We contacted Subzero Wolf customer support to see if there is anything that can be done to restore the stainless steel surface, we were told "no, its out of warranty and there is nothing they can do for us". We only wanted to know if the tarnished surface can be restored, we never asked for warranty repair or replacement. Subzero Wolf support will also play games with anyone trying to use social media to voice their horrible experience with Subzero Wolf product, they appears to be concern with our issue, and to let one think they will help, in realty it is Subzero Wolf attempts to divert readers attention from the awful truth about Subzero Wolf overall lack of value, like the snake oil peddler. We have tried the same kitchen cleaner on other stainless steel surface from makers such as Viking, Mele, LG and GE Profile, none of those stainless steel surface tarnished the way Subzero Wolf did. So, before you let Subzero Wolf wine and dine you to get you to spend $$$$$ for inferior product and sub par after sales support, it may be wise to look at other brands and put your investment elsewhere!
