I am thinking about purchasing 5000 square feet of pergo flooring. But thanks to the posting of the many negative complaints, I will definitely NOT be buying any Pergo products. What was shocking was on Lowe's website for the Pergo products and the reviews, the Pergo consumer complaints person, kept saying as a reply to the complaints, that she was sorry for her DELAY in getting back to the people filing complaints and writing poor Pergo product reviews on Lowes' web site!!!! That alone shows a lack of concern and respect for customers! PLEASE someone at Lowes should have picked up the "Complaint" ball and taken care of these complaints by getting ahold of someone at Pergo to handle... Makes me very skeptical of Pergo and possibly Lowes.
