If looking at getting a puppy from Royal Oaks Kennel from Ms. Rustman in Alexandria, MN, beware. She won’t meet you at her house to pick up your puppy. She will meet you at a gas station, she will give you the wrong dog, she will give you a sick dog, she will then give you the run around and won’t give you your money back. Numerous families have gotten the run around from her. It’s exhausting. She knows every loophole in the broken system of keeping dogs safe. Yes her dogs are half the price of other breeders but there is a reason why...they aren’t raised as well and taken care of as well as other breeders do. They don’t have all their shots. She will hand you liquid dewormer at pick up of the puppy. She doesn’t give you the required MN Health certificate required by the state.
