Buyer Beware – scam alert

Ordered sweater 11/21/19. Recieved confirmation and order number same day. Comfirmation states will notify when shipped. Dec. 1st. E-mail requesting status was not replied to. The following week tried again with no response. Disputed charge and waiting on outcome. One month today with no resolution.
