This applies to the New Re-Opened Coldwater Creek "We're Back" Place an order on 12-28-2020 received a shipping notice on 12-30-2020. The items have never left their warehouse. They are a SCAM! I called back on 1-6-2021 and CSR said Oh, I can see. I'll send it out 2-day shipping. Never received another shipping notice, and NO products ever received. Thank goodness I used my AMEX card. I will get my money back from them as I opened a fraud case. User's recommendation: Stay away from the Re-Opened CWCreek!
