I received my money back only after receiving two defective ones in replacement for a 4 yr old Simmons! Manager recommended one who as a 30 some yr old knew nothing about mattress for a disabled person with multiple back issues! They were rude nasty unco operative ! I am red flagged so can no longer shop there for something I did not do! Steve Steinhafel and Brian asst mngr and Mark mngr were absolutely awful to work with! All the girls in CSR team were great but guys not so much! Brian set me up! Even tech Kurt stayed that!
