My name is Jack Winterhalter. I have a double door beverage cooler that was not cooling. David looked it over and told me he could fix it. I questioned him because I did not want to spend any more than $400 on a repair. He reassured me he do it so I told him to proceed. He tapped the cooling line and recharged the system. The beverage cooler started working. I paid $433 and he left. My warranty from David said I had 180 days on parts and labor. By the next day the beverage cooler stopped working. This is when I realized who this David was . I called numerous times and he kept saying he would come over, but each time he never showed. Finally, after many calls he showed up. All he did was charge the system again and leave. The cooler worked for a few days and stopped again. This time I called David so many times he stopped taking my calls. This is when you find out the true person David is. He is at best a poor serviceman and a terrible business owner. I even offered to pay the service call if he would just refund the rest. I ask him numerous times if he could not fit it just tell me. David can probably fix the simple things but if it is more complicated he is lost and then he just ignores the customer until the customer gives up. But I will not give up. I am taking him to small claims court and post the results on all review sites.
