Buy wisely Company has no contact information without email don’t reply back phone number don’t answer will never buy from this company again

Placed an order on the 26th or 27 Have not received order confirmation have not received a shipping confirmation but my credit card was already charged if this has not been shipped cancel my order refund or a credit back to my account
