Our 36" stovetop broke, and we can't get someone to repair it. It is no longer sold, and even though there are two newer 36" models, none of the models are actually the same size (which blows my mind), so the newer models won't fit into the hole in our countertop. It is very frustrating. We contacted our local repair person a month ago and after many attempts to get him here he won't return our calls. We tried calling Miele... after waiting on hold a long time for customer service, we left a message to call us back but they didn't. These products are really expensive and I am baffled that there seems to be so little effort to help customers.
