Update by user Feb 05, 2020 UPDATE: 02/05/2020. Still waiting on my order. Received an email and a call from customer service, telling me that the order is still processing. Coming up on a month since I placed my order. The item was NOT on backorder, and still does not show up as backordered on the Botach website. This company is a joke. Take your money elsewhere. Original review posted by user Jan 30, 2020 Placed my Order on the 16th of January. The order status was immediately listed as, "Ready." Payment was processed the same day. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for my order to ship. I have attempted calling them and leaving multiple voicemails, as well as sending an Email. I have received no response from customer service. I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company to remedy the issue. Prior to ordering, I had read multiple negative reviews of their company but took a chance anyway. If you are considering the same, let this be a sign to NOT take a chance on ordering from Botach. Buy from someone else.
