This is an update to yesterday’s complaint against this company. BUYER BEWARE!!! No I don't recommend them anymore. They have become very shady. They used to be good and honest. Not anymore. They rip you off on the shipping charges and charge HIDDEN HANDLING FEES! They were covering up their incompetence for not shipping it sooner. STAY FAR AWAY. USE RIO GRANDE! This company was very nasty to me for the mistake THEY made. This Mr. Harsh was very nasty. I told him I want it in WRITING that I was going to be refunded for the shipping and handling. He hung up and was very rude. These people are crooked! THEY are the ones who are “unprofessional”! I spoke to a “Sekou Williams”, operations manager; he stated he would refund the shipping. Spoke to Mr. Harsh and he said he would either call or send email stating he would refund shipping and handling. Stated I was unprofessional and hung up on me. Very nasty. 3:20PM 11/13/19. Stay VERY far away from them. These people charge you hidden fees that should have been on a receipt! This Mr. Harsh (perfect name for this guy) stated “IF ASKED”, they would give you the breakdown of the fees and cost! They won’t tell you up front! No, I will no longer be doing business with this company for SURE now! This is why they were graded a B-minus in the Better Business Bureau. GO TO RIO GRANDE!
