BUY BOTTLED WATER??

We purchased one of their high-end, expensive machines. Every cup of coffee we made right off the bat had a massive amount of sediment/grounds in the bottom of each cup. Keurig's solution was to BUY and USE BOTTLED WATER! WHY? Because their new technology does not work properly with 'certain water softeners,' the salt used in the softener creates a bubbling action which causes grounds to escape from the k-cup. I asked: Are you planning to rectify this issue. Keurig: NO! Me: So what options do I have other than to spend a fortune on bottled water plus the aggravation of lugging home jugs of water? May I echange it for another brewer that is older technology and receive a refund for the difference in price (since mine was far more expensive)? Keurig: NO! Unfortunately, this machine is not a typical Keurig machine. It didn't and WON'T DIE! I could by now have purchased a new machine (which will be ANY BRAND BESIDES KEURIG) by using the $$ spent on being required to buy/use BOTTLED WATER. Sorry, Keurig but THAT is not acceptable customer service for THIS VALUED CUSTOMER. Actually, pretty pathetic. Never again.
