Camera system I bought is pretty much junk. Cameras take forever to load... playback rarely works... and if/when it does work, the first 10 seconds of the video doesn't play. I've contacted tech support a dozen times and all they say is to clear the cashe... blag blah blah. My internet upload speed I faster than the system requires so that's not the issue. I have two Lorex systems, and a Defender system... they all work fine and have for years. I've waited for a technical support representative for over an hour on several occasions only to be disconnected. Waste of money.
