Over the past decade, the quality of Mr. coffee makers has greatly diminished. Design flaws cause condensation to build up above the pot and when you take pot out to pour, a massive amount of water drips down on the warmer plate. Same with top inside lid. If you make a 2nd pot of coffee....all the condensation from inside of the top lid runs down rear hinge, down to your counter top.Leaving you with 2 messes to clean up! 2 design changes would solve these problems.
