We asked the gal to square off the back, layer the sides, and keep them dark. We were in the chair for a maximum of 5 minutes when she announced that the hair cut was finished. We asked if she had layered it and she queried "did you want it layered?" to which we repeated yes. When we got home, we noted three relatively large bare spots and a lot of fuzz uncut beneath requested squaring in the back. We don't generally give anyone a zero on the scale of 1 to 5; however, this gal deserved less than 1 for both her personality as well as the (butchered) haircut JVBP
