Im not sure how much this is going to help but at least I can express my concerns. First of all thank you for wanting to hear my complaint. I have a shark that Ive gotten many years ago and yes its still working and to buy accessories for it and to find out that they no longer do it or have any to purchase, it seems that they just want you to buy new products but for me I will not as long as this thing is still working I will somehow make my own rag cover floor for it but I will not be buying any more sharks products. Sothat you would continually hthe USA
