Bought a Samsung refrigerator from Conn's approximately 3 years ago. Since then, I have had to have it repaired twice for the same malfunction. To my surprise, the same issue occurred. I again reached out to Conn's. I was informed since my warranty was expired, I was going to have to pay for that same malfunction! User's recommendation: I do not recommend anyone to buy a Samsung refrigerator from Conn's or anything else for that matter.
